How to make a blank monthly calendar
- Pick the whole year or one month, and a layout: monthly pages, the year on one page, or a school year (August to July or September to June).
- Choose Sunday or Monday start, a clean grid, a notes column or week numbers, and US or Canadian holidays. Add a family or class name if you like.
- Print on Letter or A4. Holidays are marked in the squares and listed under each month.

Which holidays are included?
All 11 US federal holidays, including the observed day when one lands on a weekend, plus popular days such as Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Halloween and Christmas Eve. Switch to Canadian holidays (Victoria Day, Canada Day, Thanksgiving in October, Boxing Day) or turn holidays off.
Can I add my own name or title?
Yes. Type a family, team or classroom name and it appears on the year page and in every month header.
Can I make a blank calendar I can reuse?
Yes. Tick "Blank" for an undated month grid with a small box in each square for the date, so the same sheet works for any month of any year.
