Is the word search maker free?
Yes. You can make and print as many as you like with no signup. Free prints carry a small Printoodle footer; a free account removes it and saves your puzzles to a library.
Can I add my own words or names?
Yes. Replace the word list with anything you like: spelling words, family names, party guests. Words that do not fit the grid size are listed at the bottom of the answer key.
Does it include an answer key?
Every PDF has the puzzle on page one and a highlighted answer key on page two.
What sizes are available?
Tiny pages use an 8x8 grid, kid pages 10x10, tween pages 15x15 and grown-up pages 20x20, with words running in more directions as the level goes up.
